Our office was closed today due to bad weather. Danaea too didnt have class. There were so many accidents last night. It was good to be able to get a day off during a bad weather like this.

I didn't know how pretty San Diego, CA was until now. I went online and was so amused at the many places to visit. I got a Go San Diego card for a day, and it would allow us entrance to a lot of the parks and rides and of course, the most popular San Diego Zoo. I am so excited to see all these great places!

I also wanted to share these two guys that are so disgustingly good looking. My friend shared this photo and said, my two boyfriends. I say, they are the men in my dreams! Have they been in your dreams too? *wink*


The weather was bad, we were made to go home early. I took the side streets for the roads were starting to iced. Then by the bridge before you hit Preston in Beltline, my car slid. I got so scared. Luckily the cars beside me were able to move far and my car stop just a few feet from the car in front of me. That wouldn't have been good.

Got a sad email from a friend Fe Pabillar. Her mom died last Dec. 04, at around 6:30 p.m. she had a cardiac arrest. She was on peritonial dialysis because of a total renal
failure, secondary to diabetes. Our prayers and condolences to the family.

Ate Zonia Velasco confirmed today that I would be hosting the December birthday celebration, which ironically is only me (LOL)! It's supposed to be a potluck birthday party.

I also got an email from my cousin, confirming that she is just holding on to her sanity and patience with her husband. He again attempted to hit her. She told me, he is nice when he wins, but if he loses he starts his crap all over again. He told her not to call me. But she did, and she had to pretend that I was Cheryl, her niece. I am so sad of my cousin's situation. I always pray to God that she be watched over and be safe. My friends, help me pray for her sake. He is obviously abusing her and she is only telling me those things she wants me to know, who knows what the real score is. I have been asking about his family and where they are from. But she never gave me answers on those sensitive issues. It is either he hasn't told her anything about himself much, or, he forbids her to tell me. Whatever the reason is, I don't have much background about her husband.

After that stomach sickness I had last night, my family and I just decided to stay home for the whole day, and take it easy. It gaved me time to wrapped our gifts and keep update my christmas list. Then we went to get some groceries in the evening. And as usual, I can't miss my two favorite shows of all times, "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" and "Crossing Jordan."

It's my brother Adonis' 43rd birthday today. He is in the Philippines, and I wasnt able to send him money. But I was glad to received an email from my cousin saying she was able to send her payment to Adonis. So it seems he had a happy birthday!

Mipette, Fides and I were supposed to go to Allen Premium Outlet today to shop for christmas presents. Instead, we indeed up in downtown McKinney antiques shops. We surely had fun. Here's some photos of that adventure.



In the evening, Fides and I were supposed to attend a birthday party, and we got lost in the wilderness (*smile*) and I was feeling sick to my stomache. I thought I was going to faint. I was glad we were lost and we had to blew away the trip. I must have eaten something bad!!! I really felt so horrible! Fides said, I looked so pale. After a few hours rest at home, I was feeling a little better.

We are so excited for Danaea today, this is her first basketball practise with the Garland Girls Basketball Association (GGBA).

Today I also finalized my reservation for the car and hotel for our christmas trip.

Today my honey is arriving from Dallas. I went to dinner with Fides while I waited for him. Fides and I were planning to eat at the Tomtom Noodle House, but it was so busy. We looked for another restaurant and we ended up in Nikita. It turned out to be a great place to eat. Fides and I shared the bruschetta and chicken panini. I ordered quesadillas for Skip and calamari for Danaea.
