It's Monday again!
Just 15 more days and I will have my oath taking for my citizenship in the Dallas Convention Center on August 3. I am so excited! My husband has promised to give me a party to celebrate this big event in our life. Come August 7, we will have a get together with friends and family to celebrate the blessings we got from God! My citizenship, Wendy's passing the Bar Exam and Greg's MBA graduation! It will be a grand party! I hope to order some "lechon" or roast pig.
The word for today is LECHON... Lechon is a whole pig being roasted - outdoors on a stick... Click on both links for photos of lechon.
Today, my stepdaughter Christi came up with her first blog. Hep Hep Hurrah for Christi! I am proud of you! Keep up the blog, I love it!!! Thanks for the acknowledgment and I am proud to be an inspiration once in a while.
